The Marshfield Food Pantry (“we,” “us,” or “our”) respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect through our website, how we use it, and the choices you may have.

Who We Are

The Marshfield Food Pantry is a 501(c)(3) all-volunteer organization serving Marshfield residents facing food insecurity.

Information We Collect

We collect information in a few common ways: 1) Information you provide to us When you fill out a form, subscribe to updates, or contact us, you may provide:
  • Name
  • Email address
  • Phone number
  • Message details or inquiry topic
If you choose to donate or register for an event/volunteer opportunity, you may provide additional details needed to complete that request. 2) Donation and payment information (Bloomerang / Qgiv) The Marshfield Food Pantry uses Bloomerang for donor management and fundraising administration. Online donations made through our website are directed to Qgiv, a third-party donation platform, at: https://secure.qgiv.com/for/marshfieldfoodpantry/ When you donate through Qgiv, Qgiv collects and processes your payment information according to its own privacy and security practices. The Marshfield Food Pantry website does not store your full credit card number or payment credentials. We may receive donation-related information from Qgiv (such as your name, email address, mailing address, donation amount, and transaction details) so we can acknowledge your gift, maintain records, and support donor communications. This information may be stored in Bloomerang. 3) Website usage data (automatic information) Like most websites, we may automatically collect basic analytics information such as:
  • Pages visited and time spent on the site
  • Device type and browser
  • General location (approximate, not a street address)
